· Close communication with clients to collect and analyze their requirements.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT engineering or a related field.
· 3+ years of software production experience in business analysis
· Experience in Smart Park or Intelligent Building system
· Familiarity with design software such as Axure and MockingBot (Modao)
· Knowledge of software design, development and testing
· Strong skills of communication and documents writinng
· Fluent in both English and Cantonese for speaking and writing.
· PMP or ACP certification is a plus

1. Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill workers on-site.
2. Conduct health assessments and screenings for site workers
3. Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports
4. Develop and implement health and safety protocols in collaboration with site management

1. Diploma or above in Nursing or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
3. Registered/Enrolled Nurse qualification with valid registration with the Hong Kong Nursing Council is a must
4. Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or occupational health nursing is preferred
5. Additional certifications in First Aid, CPR, and occupational health will be an advantage
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly in emergency situations
8. Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
9. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation in Hong Kong

· Promote and sell Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) materials, including MiMEP (Multi-trade Integrated MEP) products.
· Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users in the E&M industry.
· Lead tender preparation and submission for E&M projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
· Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
· Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the E&M sector.

· Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred.
· Proven sales experience in the E&M industry, with knowledge of materials and products.
· Familiarity with material specification and submission files in construction or E&M projects.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Fluent in English and Cantonese.Mandarin is a plus.

· Drive sales of software solutions including Digital Twin, Smart Facility Management (FM) platform, and IoT platform.
· Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their needs to offer tailored software solutions.
· Prepare and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements and timely delivery.
· Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the software solutions business in Hong Kong.

· Proven experience in software sales, preferably in Digital Twin, Smart FM, IoT, or related fields.
· Strong understanding of software solutions and ability to articulate technical value to clients.
· Experience in managing tender processes and preparing bid documents.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
