    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist the company in formulating investor relations strategies, plans, and programs, and promote their implementation.
    2. Coordinate the production of the company's annual report and interim report, and assist in drafting related announcements and other disclosure documents.
    3. Compile performance presentation materials, roadshow materials, mock Q&A, and other investor relations materials.
    4. Assist in organizing performance analyst meetings, roadshows, reverse roadshows, and other investor relations activities.
    5. Manage the company's investor relations social media, and write press releases, business briefs, soft articles, and other push messages.
    6. Track capital market dynamics and compile reports such as capital market feedback.
    7. Be responsible for the annual data collection and organization work for the sustainability report.

    Requirements:

    1. A university degree or above in Economics, Finance, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields. Candidates with dual educational backgrounds in Hong Kong and other regions are preferred.
    2. At least 3 years of relevant investor relations experience in a listed company.
    3. Good writing skills in both Chinese and English, and fluent speaking abilities in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
    4. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to handle emergencies.

    • Keeps a deep understanding of market and product opportunities, especially Wire and Cable industry
