• Lead the design and construction of all architectural works
• Coordinate with the Landscape Architect for integrated project design and execution
• Oversee the design, supervision, and coordination of construction projects
• Ensure compliance with the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123) regarding building design, geotechnical works, drainage, and structures
• Review and confirm the Contractor’s designs to ensure adherence to regulations and codes
• Manage feasibility studies, schematic designs, and detailed design phases
• Supervise vendors and contractors, addressing project issues proactively
• Collaborate with the team on various assignments and produce coordinated project information, including BIM models, drawings, and technical specifications

• Registered Architect and a member of HKIA (or equivalent institute)
• At least 5-10 years of post graduate experience in design, supervision, and coordination of construction projects. Familiar with local statuary/ government submissions and Design & Build procedure is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other graphic presentation software.
• Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, especially those specializing in factory design.
• Familiarity with local statutory requirements and practices

Monitor project performance and participate in project review and control
Responsible for project feasibility analysis and judgment, organize due diligence and write reports to promote the company's decision-making process
Prepare management/financial reporting and business analysis
Participation in Group consolidation
Handle budget planning, taxes & audit, general reporting
Overview daily accounting operation, month end closing
Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasks and reports as requested

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent qualification
5 years of relevant experience in multi-national, listed, sizable organization
Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese arnd Mandarin
Occasional travel is required

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Develop innovative and alternative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Oversee the engineering and design of complex temporary works, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, clients, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Degree in Architecture or above
• Member of HKIE or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience (consultant, design institute, or contractor background accepted)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) prefabricated structures is preferred
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Design Manager.

· Responsible for planning and implementing various company gatherings and key events of subsidiaries, ensuring the events are held successfully and achieved desired outcomes
· Assist in arranging event etiquette and other on-site work, ensuringsmooth event processes and positive atmosphere
· Complete routine documentation related to public relations acctivities, as well as other tasks assigned by superiors

· Higher Diploma or above
· Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, public relations, media and/or other related field(s)
· PR planning experience is highly preferable
· Proactive and with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Familiar with video and photo editing software will be an advaantage
· Proficient in various computer office software
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Flluent Putonghua is required

• Monitor/report site installation progress, materials delivery, quality & safety.
• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects, and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site.

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS / E&M projects
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Manager
