Degree in Civil/Structural/Building/Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

• Assist in development projects of IoT hardware and system architecture
• Perform sensor testing to validate the quality and stability
• Assist in develop applications for IoT / controller devices
• Assist in the implement software across various components (cross stack): web, cloud, servers, IoT sensor, Edge devices
• Support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Compile documentation of specifications on technical and functional design
• Work closely with technical leadership to deliver exceptional solutions and products
• To collaborate with end-users, sites contacts, vendors and in-house cross functional teams for smooth orders fulfilment process, e.g. SDLC projects

• An individual with a recognised degree or diploma in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent technology and development related fields
• Knowledge in networking (TCP.IP, DHCP etc.) would be ideal
• Understanding of connectivity protocols, LoRa, NB-IoT, BLE etc.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Willing to occasionally travel to local construction sites

• To support the Procurement Department / project team in undertaking procurement of construction materials and equipment for new works projects.
• Under supervision, the individual performs basic aspects of procurement assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic purchasing principles.
• Job rotations allows candidate to understand the business and the function of expertise in a wider perspective.

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant science or engineering (Building Technology, Building Service, Quantity Surveying, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and Material Engineering) or equivalent discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good team player and hard working
• Have passion to work in construction industry

Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects.

High Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site.

High Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

• Establish site storage system and monitor the store inventory of construction materials.
• Tidy up and organize the in-stock and out-stock of inventory items and maintain proper record.
• Purchase miscellaneous materials/goods for construction works, and related record keeping.
• Provide clerical support, including ascertaining supplier's payment.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors in order to ensure the proper and adequate resources allocation to meet their operational needs.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

• Higher Diploma in a relevant science or engineering (Building Technology, Building Service, Quantity Surveying, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and Material Engineering) or equivalent discipline.
• Feel interested in construction site operation.
• Good IT knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word-processing.
• Good command of Chinese and English.
