Responsibilities:

- Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation and cash-flow monitoring.
- Support cost control and commercial management throughout the project life cycle.
- Assist in the administration of main contracts and subcontracts.
- Handle valuations, variations, claims, procurement and cost reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

- Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
