Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts
• Responsible for budget management, cost estimation and cost control supervision
• Manage contracts and agreements with project team to ensure project goals and budgets, alignment with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare material procurement and subcontracting schedules and supervise progress
• Prepare reports, including budget reports, cost reports, material procurement and subcontracting progress reports, and payment reports (including interim payments and variation claims)
• Coordinate with other relevant parties, such as clients, consulting engineers, site teams, subcontractors, etc., to ensure the construction projects proceed smoothly and on schedule

Requirements:

• Degree in Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant QS work experience in Civil projects in main contractors
• Experience in managing the full process of a large-scale project
• With NEC Contract experience is an advantage
• Professional membership or certification (e.g., MHKIS, MRICS, RPS) is preferred
• Experience in Hong Kong projects preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
