• Keeps a deep understanding of market and product opportunities, especially Wire and Cable industry
• Familiar with relevant local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice especially Wire and Cable industry
• Establishes contacts and networks within Hong Kong, Macau and Oversea markets
• Profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development
• Develop, execute and manage sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets.
• As an individual and sales team member, contributes to the company's planning of both long-term and short-term business objectives. This will include periodic and annual sales forecasts, as well as the setting of sales volume goals.
• Deal with client, government authorities, builders and other relevant parties to promote the products and services
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure the products quality provided to clients meet the specification including submission schedules, drawings, materials & samples, test reports & quality plans, etc.
• Coordinate with factories regarding the product requirement;
• Monitor the production process against contractual requirements, follows up the workmanship of products done by manufacturers
• Keep abreast with local regulations to ensure that field practices are in line with codes and requirements
• Explore new products that specifications against contractual requirements
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline; Master’s degree is advantageous
• At least 10 years’ working experience, of which 5 years are related to construction material sales ; Candidate with sales experience in wire and cable is highly preferred
• Candidate with Institute of Professional and Membership is preferred
• Professional, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused and strong desire to succeed
• Knowledge of related ISO practice in Building Material is preferred, such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese
