· Promote and sell Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) materials, including MiMEP (Multi-trade Integrated MEP) products.
· Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users in the E&M industry.
· Lead tender preparation and submission for E&M projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
· Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
· Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the E&M sector.
· Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred.
· Proven sales experience in the E&M industry, with knowledge of materials and products.
· Familiarity with material specification and submission files in construction or E&M projects.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Fluent in English and Cantonese.Mandarin is a plus.
