Responsibilities:

1. Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill workers on-site.
2. Conduct health assessments and screenings for site workers
3. Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports
4. Develop and implement health and safety protocols in collaboration with site management
5. Promote health awareness and conduct health and safety training sessions.
6. Coordinate with external medical facilities if specialist care is required
7. Monitor the overall health and well-being of workers to prevent occupational illnesses
8. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and other relevant regulations

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Nursing or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
3. Registered/Enrolled Nurse qualification with valid registration with the Hong Kong Nursing Council is a must
4. Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or occupational health nursing is preferred
5. Additional certifications in First Aid, CPR, and occupational health will be an advantage
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly in emergency situations
8. Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
9. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation in Hong Kong
