    We are seeking a hands-on IoT / ELV Integration Engineer to manage the on-site integration of all intelligent systems. This role focuses on coordinating installations, communicating with contractors, preparing technical drawings and documents, and leading Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for IoT and ELV systems.
    You will serve as the bridge between design and installation, ensuring that all smart devices—sensors, controllers, gateways, and ELV equipment—are properly installed, configured, and tested before handover. Software integration is handled by others—your focus is on the hardware layer and ensuring it is ready for commissioning.
    【Key Responsibilities】
    1. On-Site Coordination & Installation Supervision
    - Coordinate and supervise the installation of IoT devices and ELV systems across all smart systems (Smart Retail, Office, Theater, Parking, Landscape, etc.).

    【Key Responsibilities】
    1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
    - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for all three product lines, aligning with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Hong Kong's construction, property development, and infrastructure sectors.
    - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product positioning.

    Education:
