Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects.

Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

• Establish site storage system and monitor the store inventory of construction materials.
• Tidy up and organize the in-stock and out-stock of inventory items and maintain proper record.
• Purchase miscellaneous materials/goods for construction works, and related record keeping.
• Provide clerical support, including ascertaining supplier's payment.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors in order to ensure the proper and adequate resources allocation to meet their operational needs.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant science or engineering (Building Technology, Building Service, Quantity Surveying, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and Material Engineering) or equivalent discipline.
• Feel interested in construction site operation.
• Good IT knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word-processing.
• Good command of Chinese and English.

Perform daily operation support in assigned department
