• To support the Procurement Department / project team in undertaking procurement of construction materials and equipment for new works projects.
• Under supervision, the individual performs basic aspects of procurement assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic purchasing principles.

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant science or engineering (Building Technology, Building Service, Quantity Surveying, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and Material Engineering) or equivalent discipline.

3、配合項目施工，提供專業技術支持，解決施工現場問題；

1、擁有識圖審圖技能、獨立進行機電工程各項BIM/CAD/圖紙算量工作，確保高準確性及準時性；
2、具有算量審核能力，能對機電算量結果進行獨立審核；
3、熟悉現場施工流程，發掘施工現場、施工圖紙漏洞並進行總結分析。
