You will be supporting Project Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of projects. You will carry the following duties:

Preparation of material and equipment submissions
Drawing coordination with other BS trades and builder
Material sourcing and procurement
Supervision and management of sub-contractors and subordinates
Liaise with consultant and client to ensure project deliverable meet the contract requirement
Ensure electricity safety on site

Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
At least 4 years' site experience with some experience in supervisory positions, less experience will be considered as assistant engineer
Strong site supervision background
Good planning and presentation skill
Good technical knowledge in either Electrical Engineering;
Registered Electrical Worker is preferred.
Proficient in English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive personality is preferred;
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently with good problem solving skills.

Handle daily payment and cash management.
Handle letter of credit and liaise with bank for the discrepancies of shipping document
Prepare bank reconciliation
Assist in audit related assignment
Perform other duties or ad hoc task as assigned

Diploma or above with at least 3 years banking or treasury related working experience, preferable from sizable companies
Strong analytical and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
Independent, be able to meet tight deadlines

· Handle a full range of company secretarial matters independently for private companies
· Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met for Hong Kong and offshore private companies
· Update/maintain proper statutory records

1. Assist the company in formulating investor relations strategies, plans, and programs, and promote their implementation.
2. Coordinate the production of the company's annual report and interim report, and assist in drafting related announcements and other disclosure documents.
3. Compile performance presentation materials, roadshow materials, mock Q&A, and other investor relations materials.
4. Assist in organizing performance analyst meetings, roadshows, reverse roadshows, and other investor relations activities.

1. A university degree or above in Economics, Finance, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields. Candidates with dual educational backgrounds in Hong Kong and other regions are preferred.
2. At least 3 years of relevant investor relations experience in a listed company.

• Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent

• Responsible for procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects, and identify cost saving opportunities;
• Responsible for vendors management, source and establish networking with competitive manufacturers and suppliers;

• Promote and implement Material control management system with innovative IT System.

• Bachelor Degree (Full time) holder in Engineering, Procurement, Materialogy & Supply Chain or related disciplines is preferred;
• At least 5 years solid experiences in contract administration management including dispute resolution / construction management / cost management is essential, preferably gained from Main Contractor.
• Proficiency Cantonese, English and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
• Excellent computer literacy in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience in mainland / overseas procurement is preferred.

• Responsible for the design of structural engineering projects, including temporary works, buildings, bridges, roads, pipelines, etc., ensuring designs meet technical standards and contract requirements
• Ensure project quality complies with relevant building regulations and engineering standards
• Evaluate existing structures, analyzing their strength, stability, and durability, and propose corresponding improvement plans
• Supervise the implementation of structural engineering projects to ensure construction aligns with design requirements and technical standards
• Provide necessary technical support and solutions to the project team, addressing technical issues during design and construction

• Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience preferably from main contractors
• Professional membership or certification (e.g., MHKIE, MICE, MIStructE) is preferred
• Familiarity with Hong Kong construction project management regulations
• Experience in Hong Kong projects preferred
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts
• Responsible for budget management, cost estimation and cost control supervision
• Manage contracts and agreements with project team to ensure project goals and budgets, alignment with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare material procurement and subcontracting schedules and supervise progress
• Prepare reports, including budget reports, cost reports, material procurement and subcontracting progress reports, and payment reports (including interim payments and variation claims)

• Degree in Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant QS work experience in Civil projects in main contractors
• Experience in managing the full process of a large-scale project
• With NEC Contract experience is an advantage
• Professional membership or certification (e.g., MHKIS, MRICS, RPS) is preferred
• Experience in Hong Kong projects preferred
