Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asian market, targeting key industries and verticals.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers, including government agencies, infrastructure providers, and industrial companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, engineers, and technical experts.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the value proposition of our digital twin solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Travel within Asia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital twin, MiMEP, ELV, or iCT industries.
• Strong understanding of the digital twin market, including its applications, benefits, and challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are highly preferred.
