• Responsible for assessing the effect of proposed construction activities and precautionary measures to ensure the overall stability on the whole or any part of the works for our construction projects.

• Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience preferably from main contractors.

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control
and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our
construction projects.

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS, RPS.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Project Quantity Surveyor of which 7 years experience in main contractor side.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor.

• Responsible for implementing the Company’s policy on occupational safety and health, and ensuring the site safety standards are met.
• Responsible for leading the site safety team

• Degree or above in Occupational Safety and Health or Construction Engineering or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications
• Registered Safety Officer and Registered Safety Auditor is a must
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Civil projects in construction industry
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Safety Manager

Responsible for implementing the Company’s policy in environmental management and driving the execution of environmental initiatives on site.

• Degree or above in Environmental Engineering or related disciplines;
• 3 years of relevant experience in environmental management for construction projects;
• Experience in BEAM Plus projects is preferred;
• Membership of relevant professional environmental institutions (MHKIQEP, MCIWEM C.Env, MHKIE, MHKIEIA, MHKIOA etc) and accredited as a BEAM Professional, LEED AP, WELL AP is preferred;
• Well-versed in local environmental regulations;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Environmental Officer.

• Establish a site storage system and monitor the store inventory of construction materials.
• Tidy up and organize the in-stock and out-stock of inventory items and maintain a proper record.
• Purchase miscellaneous materials/goods for construction works and related record keeping.
• Provide clerical support, including ascertaining supplier's payment.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors to ensure the proper and adequate resources allocation to meet their operational needs.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Studies / Engineering / QS / Purchasing & Supply or Logistic related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years experience in storekeeping/warehouse management in the construction industry.
• Familiar with construction materials.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing.
• Holder of driving license with Class 1 & 2 is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Materials Control Supervisor.

• Responsible for checking and monitoring attendance and wages payment record of workers.
• Receive and record complaints from workers and provide assistance to them on wages payment and other employment issue.
• Provide support in coordination and HR tasks.
• Need to station on site's office.

• Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Grade “E” in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) including Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources-related duties.
• Experience in the construction industry is a MUST.
• Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry are preferable.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labor legislation.
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on experience in using MS office applications and Chinese word processing.

Handle the public enquiries and complaints from stakeholders.
Communicate and liaise with different members or relevant authorities.

Diploma or High Certificate in building construction or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
Well-versed in MS office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer

• Responsible for general clerical duties including data entry, copying, scanning and filing
• Handle monthly site's staff attendance checking
• Provide general administration support and answer the staff's inquiries

• Form 5 or above with site operation experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
