1. CITA Construction Supervisor Trainee Program (Bldg. Construction/BS/Civil Eng.) OR

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control
and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our
construction projects.

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS, RPS.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Project Quantity Surveyor of which 7 years experience in main contractor side.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor.

• Perform all site survey setting-out in building projects

• Certificate or above in Land Surveying.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Land Surveyor.

Responsible for tender submission, alternative design, construction engineering and design of complex temporary works for construction projects.

Degree in Civil/ Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent with relevant professional qualification such as MHKIE or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in large scale construction projects.
Previous experience in large scale design and build projects will be a definite advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Design Engineer

• Responsible for general clerical duties including data entry, copying, scanning and filing
• Handle monthly site's staff attendance checking
• Provide general administration support and answer the staff's inquiries

• Form 5 or above with site operation experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Full time on site is required

• Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.
• Supervision of subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems.
• Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance.
• Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site.
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site.
• Schedule and arrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site.
• Review and update manuals and procedures of management systems.
• Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement.
• Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

• University degree in science / engineering / construction discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry
• Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage
• Auditor training in quality management systems
• Proficient in quality requirements in the industry
• Proficient in relevant international standards in quality
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Engineer

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with contractor
• Holder of TCP T1, T2, T3
• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy General Foreman

• Responsible for project planning, programming, construction method preparation, logistic planning, PowerPoint preparation, and tender technical submission for construction projects.

• Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction planning discipline.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Primavera 6 and MS Project.
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese.

• Responsible for implementing the Company’s policy on occupational safety and health, and ensuring the site safety standards are met.
• Responsible for leading the site safety team

• Degree or above in Occupational Safety and Health or Construction Engineering or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications
• Registered Safety Officer and Registered Safety Auditor is a must
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Civil projects in construction industry
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Safety Manager
