Establish site storage system and monitor the store inventory of construction materials.
Tidy up and organize the in-stock and out-stock of inventory items and maintain proper record.
Purchase miscellaneous materials/goods for construction works, and related record keeping.
Provide clerical support, including ascertaining supplier's payment.
Coordinate with project team and subcontractors in order to ensure the proper and adequate resources allocation to meet their operational needs.
Performing other tasks as assigned.

Form 5 or above.
Feel interested in construction site operation.
Good IT knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word-processing.

• High Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

-Act as the key technical representative for Design & Build residential MiC projects, facilitating communication between developers, consultants, and the Mainland in-house design institute.
-Provide technical support for design projects, ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Buildings Department's approval process and relevant standards.
-Train engineers in the Mainland in-house design institute to enhance their professional capabilities and design quality.

-HKIE (Structural) or IStructE qualification.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a structural consultancy firm, with a strong understanding of the Hong Kong Buildings Department approval process.
-Proficient in structural design software such as ETABS, SADS, and PROKON.
-Strong design management skills; MiC design experience is preferred.
-Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job requirements:

3. Deep understanding of the construction engineering industry, with experience in Building Information Modelling, digital construction, smart cities, smart construction sites and other related industries is preferred,
4. Proficient in product design tools, such as Axure, Mokdao, Sketch, etc.,
6. Proficient in mind map tools, such as X-mind, MindMaster, Visio, etc.,
7. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with other departments.

• Responsible for the general site operations of our construction projects

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Building projects in main-contractor side
• Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent
• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Foreman

• Support product development to meet timeline by communication with manufacturer and internal department including R&D Team, QA, Sales

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline, preferable in IT or Engineering disciplines
• 2 years or above experience in product management especially in Engineering fields
