· Participate in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
· Develop innovative and alternative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
· Support the engineering and design of complex temporary works, ensuring safety and efficiency.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, clients, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution.
· Provide technical support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
· Degree in Architecture or above.
· Member of HKIE or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of relevant architectural design or design coordination experience (consultant, design institute, or contractor background accepted).
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience with MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) prefabricated structures is preferred.
· Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
