Responsibilities:

【About the Role】
We are seeking a hands-on IT Network Engineer to join our project implementation team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of ELV projects, Smart Campus, Smart FM, and EV Charging infrastructure projects across Hong Kong.
You will be responsible on-site for the installation, configuration, and debugging of ELV systems, working closely with contractors, vendors, and the Zhuhai R&D team to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software platforms.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. ELV System Implementation & Debugging
- Lead on-site configuration, and commissioning of ELV systems, including but not limited to:
- CCTV surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Parking management systems
- Intercom and public address systems
- Structured cabling and network infrastructure
- Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure all ELV components function according to specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during installation to ensure quality and timeline compliance.
2. System Integration & Cross-Border Collaboration
- Work closely with the Zhuhai R&D team to integrate ELV hardware with our software platforms (Digital Twin, Smart FM, EV charging management).
- Assist in API testing and protocol debugging (Modbus, BACnet, OCPP, etc.) to ensure seamless communication between devices and the central platform.
- Provide on-site technical support during system handover and user acceptance testing (UAT).
3. Project Documentation & Maintenance
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, and commissioning reports.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and system configurations for future maintenance.
- Provide training to end-users or maintenance teams on system operations.

Requirements:

【Qualifications & Requirements】
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ELV system installation, configuration, and debugging (CCTV, access control, parking systems, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts.
- On-Site Experience: Comfortable working on construction sites or operational buildings for system installation and troubleshooting.
- Language: Proficient in Cantonese and English (required for on-site communication with contractors and vendors). Working proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with the Zhuhai team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or manufacturer-specific certifications (Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Familiarity with smart building systems, IoT devices, or EV charging infrastructure.
- Background: Candidates with experience working in cross-border teams (Hong Kong + Mainland China) are strongly preferred.
- Tools: Experience with testing tools like multimeters, network testers, or oscilloscopes.
