Responsibilities:

【About the Role】
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales activities across our diversified product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing key account strategies, and engaging with C-level and senior clients to secure large-scale projects.
You will lead sales efforts across three core business lines:
1. MiMEP & E&M Materials (Modular Integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
2. Digital Solutions (Smart Building, Smart FM, Digital Twin, IoT, IOC, AI Building)
3. Renewable Energy Solutions (EV Chargers, PV, BESS)
This is a leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions for senior decision-makers.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for all three product lines, aligning with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Hong Kong's construction, property development, and infrastructure sectors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop team capabilities.
- Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless client handovers and project execution.
3. Senior Client Engagement & Key Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients (C-level executives, directors, project owners, government stakeholders).
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, understanding their business objectives and pain points.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and contract discussions with senior decision-makers.
- Present complex technical solutions in a compelling, business-focused manner that resonates with executive audiences.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
4. Solution Selling & Technical Translation
- Develop deep understanding of all three product lines to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Translate technical capabilities (e.g., Digital Twin, IoT, AI Building, BESS, MiMEP) into business benefits that address client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams (Solutions Engineers, Product Managers) to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase solutions.
5. Tender & Bid Management
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality tender submissions, proposals, and bids for major projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure competitive and compliant proposals.
- Develop win strategies for key tenders, identifying differentiators and value-add propositions.
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid follow-up.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

【Qualifications & Requirements】
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
Must-Haves:
1. Work Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in construction, engineering, technology, or related industries.
- At least 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role, leading teams and managing key accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Extensive experience selling to senior clients (C-level, directors, project owners) in Hong Kong.
- Strong network within Hong Kong's construction, property development, or infrastructure sectors.
2. Industry Knowledge
MiMEP & E&M Materials:
- Understanding of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and MiMEP concepts and their benefits.
- Familiarity with E&M materials, building services, and construction supply chains.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong's construction regulations, building codes, and industry practices.
Digital Solutions:
- Understanding of Smart Building technologies, Smart FM, Digital Twin, IoT, IOC, and AI Building applications.
- Familiarity with how digital solutions improve building operations, energy efficiency, and user experience.
- Ability to articulate the ROI and business value of digital transformation in the built environment.
Renewable Energy Solutions:
- Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) .
- Understanding of Hong Kong's renewable energy policies, incentives, and regulatory landscape (EMSD, CLP/HKE).
- Familiarity with the business case for renewable energy adoption in commercial and residential buildings.
3. Sales & Business Development Skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills at the executive level.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline management.
- Experience with tender processes and preparing competitive bids.
4. Language Requirements
- Cantonese: Fluent (must-have for client communication and relationship building in Hong Kong).
- English: Proficient (able to present to international clients, read technical documents, and write proposals).
- Mandarin: Working proficiency (advantageous for communication with Mainland China stakeholders and suppliers).
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within Hong Kong property developers, construction firms, government departments, and consulting engineers.
- Experience selling integrated solutions combining hardware, software, and services.
- Familiarity with HKMA, EMSD, ArchSD, or Housing Authority projects and procurement processes.
- Technical background or engineering degree (helps in translating complex solutions).
- Experience with cross-border sales involving Mainland China clients or partners.
