【About the Role】
We are seeking a technically skilled and client-facing Pre-sales Solutions Engineer to drive the promotion and technical support of our Digital Solution offerings for external projects. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our sales team, potential clients, and our technical delivery units.
You will be responsible for designing compelling solution architectures, leading technical presentations, and preparing proposal documentation for our Smart Campus, Smart Building, and Digital Twin platforms, ensuring our solutions precisely address client challenges in the built environment.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Solution Design & Presentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored digital solution architectures (AI, IoT, Digital Twin, Embodied Intelligence, Smart Building/FM platforms).
- Lead technical communications, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver technical clarifications and presentations during the bidding process.
2. Proposal & Documentation Development
- Develop high-quality technical proposals, solution descriptions, and system architecture diagrams for bids and tenders.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and scope of work documents.
3. Market & Partnership Support
- Support the development of external partnerships. Experience in identifying and cultivating technology or channel partners is a plus.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the smart building and digital twin space.
【Qualifications & Requirements】
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must-Haves:
- Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture role, preferably supporting digital/IoT solutions for smart buildings, smart campuses, or smart cities.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IoT architecture, cloud platforms, data visualization, and software integration concepts relevant to the built environment.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Domain Experience: Prior experience in Smart Campus / Smart Construction / Smart Building projects is highly preferred.
- Partner Ecosystem: Experience in external partner development or channel technical enablement.
- Tools: Familiarity with prototyping or diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, Figma) for solution design.
