· Responsible for Sales of Building Information Modelling (BIM) services, DWSS, EDMS, Digital Surveying Services and Scan to BIM solutions. Achieving Sales Target
· Identify potential customers such as construction firms, property managers, survey companies, and government agencies.
· Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and timely follow-up.
· Stay updated on industry trends, technological advances and competitors’ activities to maintain market competitiveness.
· Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and communicate solutions
· Hunter type sales with strong self-motivation & drive for business development
· Enthusiastic, Proactive, Self-motivated and willing to Learn
· Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· B2B Sales Experience, experience in selling BIM or Construction Digitalization Solution is an advantage
· Candidate with less experience can be considered as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
