Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full quantity surveying process of the project, including daily cost estimation, cost control, subcontract management, valuation, contract claims and final account settlement.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years of QS experience in general contracting.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiar with professional knowledge and practical operation of MiC projects.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
