• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications (user stories, data mappings, interface specs, field definitions) for the internal Mainland development team; manage clarifications and scope control.
• Plan and drive system integrations across common construction platforms (e.g., P6/MS Project, ACC/BIM 360, DWSS, OpenSpace, 4S), including data dictionaries (Project/Package/Zone/Discipline/Activity) and end-to-end traceability.
• Own the delivery lifecycle: solution design workshops, interface testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare.
• Define and maintain operational controls: data freshness cadence, validation rules, exception handling, audit/logging requirements, and dashboard acceptance criteria.
• Produce and maintain project deliverables: configuration documents, runbooks, training materials, and user guides for both web and mobile usage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Technology (ConTech), Project Management, within the Hong Kong construction industry.
• Proven experience working with construction software such as Oracle Primavera P6, Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC, Asite, Novade, or Smart Site Safety Systems (4S).
• Experience in managing software development projects or working with remote/cross-border R&D teams is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of construction workflows (Tendering, Design, Construction, Handover).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
