• Plan and Lead a team for project implementation
• Create and establish innovative construction methods or product for digitalization.
• Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Oversee project delivery and team performance to ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate and prepare master programs or working schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding contract implementation and operational details.
• Identify and resolve potential implementation and operational issues, coordinating across various trades.
• Manage a range of IoT devices, including sensors, RFID hardware, embedded controllers, and data transmission modules.
• Participate in demonstrations, trial runs, and commissioning with clients.
• Prepare progress reports and submission schedules.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and licensing requirements, such as SSSS, DWSS, EDMS, etc.
Degree holder or above in Civil Engineering, Building Services, CS, ECE, or related disciplines.
• Chartered Membership of HKIE, ICE, HKIS or RPE is preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in major civil or building projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Enthusiasm for high-tech and construction industries.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective individual contributor with a strong team collaboration ability.
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
