Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting site requirements, conducting basic research, and testing and deploying hardware / software for smart construction site technologies.
- Support daily coordination, system operations and maintenance, and preparation of ISO compliance documentation.
- Support the execution and implementation of Smart Site Safety System (SSSS/4S) initiatives.
- Assist Senior Engineers in understanding site needs, preparing demonstration materials, and supporting solution implementation.
- Help track project progress, prepare meeting minutes, gather user requirements, and update user guides and system operation manuals.
- Handle front-line user inquiries, provide basic technical troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to Engineers/R&D.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Engineering, Construction Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Practical knowledge of, or strong interest in, Smart Site Safety Systems (SSSS/4S), IoT devices, and digital construction technologies.
- Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
